Sent Incorrect Flower Arrangement & Arrived Wilted

I ordered Mother's Day flowers that would arrive next day and that they did! Checked website at 10 AM Eastern time they were on the truck for delivery as promised for 12 noon called when they werent delivered and they said they were on the truck still which was 3 PM Eastern time which means theyve been in the truck for six hours which means they were probably not very fresh...
