Very poor service

I've been waiting a week for this company to pick up the package. Practically no answers to e-mails, by phone They say that everything will be settled in the near future. Nothing is settled, after the tracking number the shipment has not moved out of their warehouse, no one informs me when they could receive the package. Horror service, I don't understand why anyone works with such a company.
