Delivery Time
On Friday, I ordered a WD external hard drive from AZ Electronics (they had the cheapest price). I received a confirmation email that the order has been processed, registered, etc. Since it was a Friday, I was promised that my order would be fulfilled on Monday. Monday arrived, but the product did not arrive either. Of course, no one seemed to know, at least to inform me about the "next" delivery date. On Friday, I called the AZ Electronics online store, where I was promised the following Monday. The following Monday came and, as on the previous Monday, no one considered it necessary to inform me. I called and canceled the order because I was tired of just chucking me for ten days. There was no mention on the AZ Electronics website that the delivery of the goods could take 10.days and longer. It's good that I didn't make any prepayments when I ordered the item.
