Bought a leather rocker recliner and a cloth rocker recliner 7 months ago. The Leather one electronics quit working. Says it has a five-year warranty. That’s great if they would ever fix something. Waste your time calling. Expensive JUNK! User’s recommendation: Run to something else.
Contact was made in December 2020 with this company representative. They were to order my part. My last communication they stated 6 to 8 more weeks. It’s been over two months. The warranty on flexsteel sucks. My recliner is just over 2 years now. User’s recommendation: Good products, but warranty is not good.
I just would like to buy leather to replace my cushion or have flexsteel redo my seat cushion with their leather. Havent heard a word from them. Please understand I am not pissed, Im just trying to redo seat cushion as I love my chair and ottoman!
The glider mechanism broke in June 2020 and I requested a new one as per the warranty . I still as of May 2021, have not received an replacement. Sent an email to the company and called. They told me due to Covid things were backed up. I do not think that it should take this long...

For lunch we went to MyPizza. We sat at the table, after 10 minutes we bring the menu, come on time and write down the orders. and then we wait. We ordered delicious food (not pizza) and drinks. Coffee and juice were brought soon, but the dishes are not coming, they are not coming, I see that the surrounding tables have already eaten and the lady does not come to us, we are not waiting for any explanation. after 60 min (!) she comes and brings me food, but tells my colleague that his fish is burnt and I have to wait for another to fry a new one. it was baked in 10 minutes. In the end, the waitress did not bring the ordered water, but the bill was paid in full. What an institution where you have to wait for more than an hour for food!
