Hello, I contacted fidelity originally on June 17th (today is July 8th) regarding my air conditioning. They dispatched an air conditioning company to my home in a decent amount of time however once they discovered that they will be covering about 4-5 thousand in costs…
No representative has ever gotten back in the past week. When calling and placed on hold, for over an hour…answered…say they cannot hear, hang up and heard them laughing in the background. Have never had these issues with Fidelity…need someone to contact us immediately. User’s recommendation: Right now…not a good time to ask.
