Problems: - almost every time the package of the consignment is broken, torn or simply rolled over with terrible dirt. -Managers are regularly very irritated and speak very poorly to the client both in person and over the phone. Drop the handset until the recipient of the item has finished talking. Once upon a time, the driver yelled at me today that I had not come out in Ghana in time, after the driver himself had gone somewhere and I was not waiting for him on the street and had to come outside a second time. Of course, when such a person is kindly answered again, he also calms down a bit. -itella customer service is rarely called when it is called, and when it succeeds, even the most difficult obstacles have to be overcome to receive the shipment (either someone got confused with the delivery data, or tried to deliver while no one was home and now I have to wait a long time or look for another solution). Solution: in my opinion, the only useful thing that can be done here is to try to make a big difference in the company by focusing the staff's attention on other values (including good customer service). I assume that itella simply offers the lowest prices on the market, and that's why they don't get the best employees.
