I find this company very unreliable to be taken for its word because everytime I phone the call centre for a request, the response I get is always changing and conflicting – depending on the agent I speak to. On the 10th of June 2009, the main member was hospitalised. The hospital will not admit a patient without full payment being made up front for which a credit card transaction was made. I have been with Fedhealth for years, and they service is getting tremendously worse every year. Fraud

I returned the phone to this office for non-warranty repair. Please contact me when the repair costs are known. A week later, the office staff contacted me and informed me that I had to pay 94 CA$ for the repair of the phone, I paid this money, previously misunderstood whether it was the final amount, I confirmed that it was. A week later, I received another message that another 231 CA$ had to be paid, because after the repair it was found that something still needed to be repaired. I will never give them anything willingly!,
