Poor Service
Hello! Again, I have a problem that I can't get to the location in time. At 9:05 I called a taxi, told me I needed a car at 9:55, the dispatcher told me it would be and so I was waiting for the fact that the taxi could be delayed, no one told me. 9:47 call me from the dispatch point and say that the cars will not be because everyone is busy and I will look for a free car, asked if I would wait I told you that if because of other options I didn't have to get to work, because our Oakland Traffic is still working as we want! At 9:55 I was sent an SMS that at 10:00 I could still leave, but it wasn't there. 10:03 I sent a new sms that the machine will be 10:02 and already different (probably they tend to bring back time). The dispatcher calls me and says they will send me another car, because the previous one is far from my house. OK good! Waiting for more... And finally at 10:13 I see my Renault Scenic driving.. I can't say anything bad about the driver. A good man apologized for the inconvenience and said he just threw in the order so he had to go from the other side to me. I'm not having a problem with this company for the first time, unfortunately.
