I pass ticket fees to the ticket buyer but I’m still getting charged a fee

I am an event creator for Barge295 in Seabrook Texas. We do NOT absorb ticket fees but we are getting charges fees recently. VERY frustrating and I cant seem to get someone on the phone to figure it out…

Failure to honor refund policy

AWFUL difficult to reach Generic email response I requested a refund before the event and was denied. Our team couldnt compete due to covid. Its not if I changed my mind. No one from the company will respond. I hope no one uses this company. Its the principle! User’s recommendation: Don’t do it.

I was not able to access the event and was charged

Complicated access to schism event on Sunday January 31 so I cancelled and did not get refund. My daughter, Lara Mondrus purchased for me and she was charged. Please issue the refund!

Tick wasn’t valid

I purchased a ticket for January 22-23 **** and once I got to the event the ticket wasnt valid so I had to pay out of pocket to get into the club once I emailed eventbrite about the situation to get a refund I wasnt able to get a refund for the event I will not order... Read more➤
