Never able to contact anyone at Eventbrite and gave up. Their site is not consumer friendly!!! I have no other comments. User’s recommendation: Beware.

Unable to get an answer

Concert canceled last summer due to covid. No correspondence for this year, even though all other outdoor festivals concerts have confirmed they won’t be going ahead. I have tried to get a refund through paypal unsuccessfully, and the organizer has not responded after almost a month
