Want a refund for tickets we bought for trashy trucks band that was supposed to be on July 18

I would really like a refund for my tickets that I purchased for July 18, 2020 for 10 Tedeschi trucks band and it was six tickets James Lord307@***.com or James Lord 177@***.com Order number 118-311-**** never received a refund and would like one because of Covid we could not go to the concert it was canceled

Something does not work technically for me on order form…. with only Eventbrite

Regarding two events unrelated sponsored by Eventbrite …after filling in everything, including payments,I could not at the end, hit the button to submit…I checked many times at both events and all numbers correct and the final submission still would not go through both events.
