Eventbrite’s not user friendly website , conflation of ticket buyer and seller and impossible to contact except via your not so helpful complaints website which has no “other ” section. Both responded in a timely fashion and I am pleased with that. User’s recommendation: Forget it. You just go round in circles.

I tried attending a concert 6 hours away from my home for my wedding anniversary. When I arrived there was no event. I waited for approximately an hour and nothing took place. I requested a refund and it was declined. I was told the event was next door. There was nothing going on next door.
The website is illogical. It is difficult to cancel booking. You get directed to all sorts as if you are the organiser. Then you have to create an account in the hope of finding the ticket icon. Once cancelled it is hard to reboot as website us slow to clear initial booking. Then complaint section offers useless...
