I am unable to get my two eureka forbes (1.5 ton and 1.0 ton)split inverter air conditioners serviced by the company properly

The company is not explicit about servicing. I am unable to get proper details about free services offered by the company. Due to COVID problem, we had to miss scheduled services and the company has not said anything about rescheduling the free servicing.
