Incompetence
Some time ago, in Devonport, on Budura Street, a private house inhabited by an elderly person was reported to be damaged and the electricity went out.. The staff arrived and found that the input fuse on the street was damaged, but it was not replaced and the old man was advised to walk more often and close it! Then I called on st, about this chaos, there replied that the fuse is our property, on the street locker where we have no access! Then I talked to the electricians who replaced it!
