No compensation!

Got 12 new Energizer lithium batteries for outside cameras, 4 were bad right out of the package, I took pictures like they said to do in customer service, waited, I checked back with them, they said I didn’t send pictures, false I say, they don’t want to give me 4 more batteries or no money to replace... Uncaring towards customer and will not give call to an American supervisor I purchased batteries for my smoke alarm. I cannot reach the alarm on a step ladder and am 77 years old. I had a grandson come to change the battery and had him buy a new batteries at Dollar General. After installing it the alarm... Read more➤
Your customer service phone coverage Installed new battery. Probably Lasted less than a week in my smoke detector! Im over 65 and getting up a ladder is not easy for me. Having to do this yet again, not good. User’s recommendation: Get other battery maker.
Pack of batteries faulty Its not supposed to expire until 2023 yet two out of the four do not work there AAA batteries
