Phone Repair
I want to warn everyone about a special trick. I took a low-cost mobile AuMobile (or Trodex) phone Samsung Galaxy. for warranty-was for 2 years. It took a little more than a year and, apparently, the manufacturer's defect after, '' inflated '' the battery. Pay for repairs, after a while I call and announce that I have to pay 12 dollars for the battery! it's only a year! How can it be! But the phone is not sold separately from the battery, and if it is a manufacturer's defect, it is also considered a free repair! When I bought a phone - NO employee warned me about this special warranty. When I called AuMobile and Trodeks - it turned out that I needed to know about the warranty myself, the phone (not yet paid) is already mine! And no one from both offices explained this "miracle" to me about repairs and separate parts of the phone. Because it looks like a scam, because buying a phone is not everything without a battery. Be careful!
