Not delivering the correct product

I placed my ordered on 2/8/2021 and the order date mentioned on my parcel sticker was 2/2/2021 (by Ecom Express) which is almost six months ago this resulted in delivering the wrong parcel to me thereby suffering a loss. Very bad service. User’s recommendation: Very bad service they misplace your parcel.

My shipment has not been delivered , the assigned courier person has reached the location and left without giving it and re attempt is getting undelivered. Please make sure my parcel gets delivered by today 12/08/21.
