Poor delivery and customer service

Ordered items (Saturday) and told will be over a week delivery! I paid delivery cost for 3-5 day service. As of 3rd day the items are still in the basket unshipped. I ordered from SCAN later the same day (Saturday) and their parcel arrived Monday AM free shipping. THREE emails over two days to customer services unanswered.... Read more➤
