Poor delivery and customer service

Ordered items (Saturday) and told will be over a week delivery! I paid delivery cost for 3-5 day service. As of 3rd day the items are still in the basket unshipped. I ordered from SCAN later the same day (Saturday) and their parcel arrived Monday AM free shipping. THREE emails over two days to customer services unanswered. Will never use again. User's recommendation: Go elsewhere.
