No holiday credit

Had to cancel holiday due to hubby having covid..Were told we would get holiday credit within 30 days.35 days later still no credit.Stupidly booked another trip thinking i would have the credit shortly.Due to be paid in 15 days time.Have had lie after lie from them promising my credit.. User’s recommendation: Dont do it.

Flight for Malta

I bought a flight for Malta with easyjet and cancelled it within the 24hrs as my plans had changed.I then emailed easyjet and they replied saying they wouldn’t be refunding my money and that I should make a claim (fake) through my insurance to get my money. Excellent service, very helpful. Couldn’t have been any better. I’m not IT literate, infact the opposite. The assistance i received made the process very easy and i never felt awkward ! User’s recommendation: My experience was excellent when i needed help.

Poor service

When ordering the product, waiting a month, it was sent the wrong one, in our case the carpet, we ordered a rectangular fluffy carpet, we received a round, call customer service, answer by sending an e-mail with pictures and shipment number, so we do, it takes several days, no reply, I send the e-mail again, we get an answer to go to the mail and send the product back, it is not possible in a daily hurry, please send the real product and send it back by the same courier of course there is no answer again, I wait for a couple of days, than, I write again about 3 times, the email comes back to send the product barcode, the manufacturer seems to be asking, well there is no problem to do it, and so far we are waiting for an answer, we received the product at the beginning of the month. Customer service is under every criticism, and correcting your mistake is not a priority.
