Help with banned account

I have gotten a notice in game saying my Apex Legends account is banned, I check my email and there is no email saying I have been banned. I check the EA website, nothing says im banned their either. I want my account back NOW. This is ridiculous

XBOX BF4 Rented server (Lack of) support. ‘Fails to connect to server’ ‘Error 1’

EA have flatly refused to resolve server connection issues for all xbox BF4 rented game servers in EU that have been experiencing complete service outage for 5 days. Our server ‘The KillerCupboard 24/7 GOLMUD Mandatory Fun) has been hosted since 2016, still has a valid rental agreement and paid hosting fees. Our 11,000 users aren’t very happy... Read more➤
