Need to talk to someone. Been trying for hours

Impossible to be able to talk to you guys. Have to write 100 symbols so why do you make it impossible to talk to someone? User’s recommendation: Call Microsoft instead if you have an xbox. They will actually talk to you.

Banned unfair

EA banned numerous accounts with no explanation as to why and will not reply to any of my emails. I’ve been a user on a couple of their platforms for many years. The customer help/ support has never been available. User’s recommendation: Avoid this company at all costs.

Nothing gets solved with EA

Ive been trying to get in touch with real EA consultants to no avail! absolutely impossible, only been 4 months get a real number please! for the EA community and people who really play the game get a customer service line!!!!!!! User’s recommendation: Good luck.

Can’t login into account and website help is of no help

Customer service is non existent. They make random changes to your password where you cant get into your accounts. Then when you try to find some form of help, its non existent.
