How to get the foam rubber cane handle on!

I bought a Hypalon Foam Handgrip and cannot get it on my aluminum cane! How do I get it on!? Please help me!!!

Poor quality product.

The Duro-Meds toilet seat cushions you manufacture are of very poor quality and seems like you have no intentions of fixing it. I have bought over 20 of these cushions and they are all the same.
