I went for a vacation and really want to restore my streak. We pay annualy for Duolingo and is there any way we can get our streak back?
My duolingo account which I have paid for, not using the free version, keeps crashing. I’ve emailed and phoned in my complaint, but I get no response User’s recommendation: It’s a great program as long as it works, when it doesn’t work, you are totally out of luck.
There is no option go speak with someone. They have commercials and cant even pay for real live customer service. I have been trying to resolve an issue for almost a month now and I still have not heard from anyone from duolingo. Ive sent 5 emails.
I have blocked me for Duolingo exams but sir I was not giving typing response other person I was giving typing responses so please sir I do request You unblocked me
I am on day 893 and my phone is working but the Duolingo app just freezes up. It will switch screens but then freeze. Then tell me “oops, there”s a problem (or something to that affect). On each one of the screens, story, reading, audio. Please help Believe my Duolingo is entered in my other email address...
