Can’t set up a second acct for child

I was unable to use my Duolingo Plus account to set up a second one for another family member where they do not need to watch ads either. I tried calling Duoling for help, but was unable to reach them. Also, I’m unable to go back to review previous lessons.

Not able to get into level 5 lessons

Duolingo updated/revamped Plus but did not communicate this to the users in any fashion. Just left it up to users to figure out what was done. Not nice, but Duolingo does not provide any kind of instruction beyond the lessons themselves. The users have to waste time trolling the internet and solving the changes on their own.... Read more➤
