Multiple payments

I paid for a year membership 3 months ago, I noticed this week Duolingo charged me two new times. I have no idea why but I need to be refunded for those extra charges

Bug in program/complaint!

After studying Norwegian for many months, I am STUCK. I’ve tried over two separate days to repeat a simple three word question (“Er hun derfra?”) and am 100% certain I’m saying it correctly.
