I ordered my platform base on 23 May and had it within just a few days. It was stored in my garage waiting my mattress which took almost a month to get. Took the base inside and unpacked it. There was multiple damage to the base, only one leg in the box, and no packing material whatsoever....

I have been corresponding with one of your customer service people. I am not upset, just trying to resolve my issue. Mattress is causing back problems. You sent me a 2 inch firm topper and that is not helping. Just need to resolve this problem User’s recommendation: Great mattress. Just not working for me.
