Status on reship of platform bed

I received my platform face bed and was holding it in the garage to receive my mattress which took almost a month. When I got ready to put it together the base was damaged multiple times so I sent pictures on Monday and I was told I would receive tracking information shortly it couldve been Tuesday but I have yet to receive tracking information this shouldve been expedited. I also had other questions that have not been answered such as picking up the old base and compensation for this headache. My order number is D as in dog Dash 1108-**** and ImLooking to get this information. Nobody is responding to my emails User's recommendation: Looking to get this information.
