Received damaged platform base

I ordered my platform base on 23 May and had it within just a few days. It was stored in my garage waiting my mattress which took almost a month to get. Took the base inside and unpacked it. There was multiple damage to the base, only one leg in the box, and no packing material whatsoever. I contacted dream cloud right away they requested that I send pictures and I sent those immediately. I was informed that reship was approved and I would be receiving an email with tracking information shortly. At this time I still have not received tracking information. I also requested for the old base to be picked up because I do not wantbe responsible for getting rid of it and requested compensation to which I have noheard nothing no one is getting back to me User's recommendation: If you order from dreamcloud do not expect to get in timeframe that they tell youthey are never on time. Last year I ordered a dream cloud mattress and I love it but it took me three months to get it. This year it took me a month.
