The VERY worst phone experience EVER!

needed to speak to someone and could not get through any of the phone prompts. finally got through. after i told the rep the problem she told me i need to hit the O button 3 times. REALLY!! the bottom line is you do not want to speak with customers. Bring DUKE back!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Worst electric company ever

Hurricane Dorian came through and was mild. Much more mild than Irma or Mathew. However, somehow we are all still without power! On top of that, no one can tell you anything when you call. Terrible customer service- terrible service in general.

Poor Customer Service = Incompetence at the leadership level

For those of you who are complaining about poor customer service tighten your seat belts. My bill is outrageously too high, my last bill was over 200$ less and id like to get it fixed.

I have my statements showing my billing cycle and proof of payment, and my bill went from around 80$ to well over 250$. this is ridiculous and i havent missed a payment so im not sure why they came out of left field with this price when i havent changed electric use in home.
