Worst customer service ever! Turned off gas for $80 late bill. Never given any notice. Person did knock on door with notice he had turned electricity off. Immediately called gas company. Got an email confirming payment on 10/6. Immediately went back on site to cancel this payment but unable to do so on the site ANYWHERE. Tries calling but customer service closed till morning. Filled out survey form explining problem and tried to print but my comments diidnt print! Only the blank survey form printed. Called next morning...
