Improperly charged

charged $50 for unspecified reason. I reduced my order and put a hold on my shipment. I DONT KNOW WHAT THIS CHARGE IS AND THERE IS NO EXPLANATION. HELP SYSTEM SUCKS! APPARENTLY NO TELEPHONE HELP OR LIVE CHAT IS AVAILABLE! User’s recommendation: Think twice about these guys! Not customer friendly anymore.
