I dont want to lay to cancel my account!! So please cancel my account. I dont like when companies just send products once a month need it or not.

I was unable to get a answer on you web page. I need to know if i can receive the original razor blade for my original handle.

I am not fond of your new razor handle. It does not have material to keep it from slipping in the hand as the original handle did. I cancelled my membership and went instead to your competitor.All you had to do was address the issue,and stop the upselling.Get yourself a live customer service line and cool it with the bot responses.What a shame,what a damn shame.
