Problems with blades staying on the handle

The current blades are not staying on the handle. I have to fish them out of the basin two to three times every shave. Did you change the mold on the blades? Is my handle too old? Frustrated!

They never contacted me back

I complained about how the quality of their products got so poor and how disappointed I am after using them for years and recommending them to so many people. It gave me the worse razor burn ive ever had!!

Not got my blades

My blades were shipped July 14th and there is no trace of them. Usps has on information on the tracking. Please ship me a replacement or give me a refund.
