I am author have called and called emailed emailed no return call none of my checks have beeb sent me no accounting nothing Terrible can’t control of my books accounts even though as self publisher I’m supposed to be receive 100% after book cost !!! We bought a child a McQueen radio-controlled car as a Christmas present. as a result, despite the fact that 11 batteries had to be inserted in the car and the remote control, it still did not work. I don't know how your 4-year-old child would feel without a functioning car. In our grief, we shrugged and went to play computer games. Fortunately, Dad was so smart and went to City Mall to buy his son a gift that actually worked. I would like to express my mega reprimand for not inspecting the product before sale and spoiling the holiday for the child.
