Poor service and abusive driver

Had a driver lie about delivering a package and get abusive when confronted about it. When speaking with Customer Service,they just kept brushing it off. User’s recommendation: Use another delivery service.

Paid for same day service that wasn’t delivered

I found this company to be very unsatisfactory. I booked a courier for same day service cost was $70 it was documented that pickup would be around 12pm on Friday 13 August with delivery around 4pm.
