I tried getting an amount for what I owe on my old account. I don’t remember the account number or phone number. Also there happens to be no e-mail for the account. I would get e-mails on how much I owe when I had the account.

Surprisingly, I had good service after being cut off with first rep. Robert solved my problem within a very short time. This is the very first time I have not hung up on tears with this *** service.
Bad Attitude
9/15/2020 In the evening we went home and saw a man trying to get up but fell, so we called an ambulance. We helped the man get up and waited. Waiting for the ambulance, the man got up, snuggled up, and tried to move, but he was not far away. Two men and one woman arrived. The man who spoke to the victim was very negative and did not seem to care to help the victim, as it was obvious that something had happened to his leg, which was also confirmed by the emergency doctor. We also tried to explain the situation to the doctor, but he started blaming and shouting at us. He said: "how can you know that he has a broken leg. You are doctors?
