A technician was scheduled between 8am – 12pm today. I received an automated call around 8:30 am stating my technician was on his way. At 11:30am I called the number back, to check on the tech. At that point I find out the order was put on hold. NO ONE CALLED TO NOTIFY ME! I GAVE UP...

Direct TV, was caught getting into their customers vank accounts and taking money without the customers knowledge or authorization. User’s recommendation: Don’t deal with DIRECT TV and if you do, don’t give them your bank account numbers.
Don’t ever get direct tv unless you want terrible service and endless frustration trying to get problems resolved. I can’t believe they are still currently still in business! Shut it down!!! User’s recommendation: I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
I like watching news online. The other day all of online viewing stopped working, no matter the device or how I connect. I get prompted for my provider credentials, successfully log in, and then get the message “sorry, your directv account is not authorized to view this content”. When I call support, they can’t answer what happened...

Bad Attitude
9/15/2020 In the evening we went home and saw a man trying to get up but fell, so we called an ambulance. We helped the man get up and waited. Waiting for the ambulance, the man got up, snuggled up, and tried to move, but he was not far away. Two men and one woman arrived. The man who spoke to the victim was very negative and did not seem to care to help the victim, as it was obvious that something had happened to his leg, which was also confirmed by the emergency doctor. We also tried to explain the situation to the doctor, but he started blaming and shouting at us. He said: "how can you know that he has a broken leg. You are doctors? Everything is free, you can go away. " I understand that 22. 00 in the evening is not easy to work, but there are also rules,how to talk to people. Being a doctor does not mean that others are nothing. At least I respect people who try to help others, because in our case, for example, many people missed this man and did not intend to help at all.
