After 9 months still waiting on DFS to sort a problem

I paid extra for Easy Glides as I have two damaged shoulders and cannot move heavy furniture. The glides were put on and very quickly came off and were replaced. Defect in cushion

The cushion seat on the love sofa is sagging on one side and the back of the sofa is alway sagging.The two seater back on one side is also starting to sag on one side .Thank you for your help xxx. We have already sent you photos last Saturday 3rd July .
