Can’t get local number

DFS had no phones to any shop in the country, had to go into shop for answer to question. Told in shop that no phones as all senior personnel being replaced.

Was told delivery was 9/8 2021now not coming until 28:8 disposed on old sofa

Was given delivery date 9/8/2021. So I disposed my old Sofas. Now I have been inform by tracker not arriving until 29:08/202I am not happy as I do not have furniture so use I have family arriving on a special visit next weekend . How embarrassing nothing to sit on regards

Treated very badly when trying to do the rite thing by paying remainder of purchase nobody ever answered phone from 23rd july

Having to cancel order that I really wanted due to lack of communication between staff and customer service, I dealt with kieran when ordering dining table who said I could pay remainder of my purchase over the phone0 User’s recommendation: Stay away.

I purchased a dining table on the 23rd July was told I could pay the balance over the phone the next day, I have been phoning ever since even spoke to customer service who said that they would call back but never did this is the worse store I have dealt withnone
