BEEN 3 1/2 HOURS SO FAR AND NO ONE HAS ANSWERED THE PHONE YET, BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. WE HAVE TWO PHONES GOING TO TRY TO CHANGE A RESERVATION AND THEY DON’T ANSWER User’s recommendation: USE ANOTHER AIRLINE.
