Installed 10/2020 by slomins. Have called for service 3 times (dec 2020, jan 2021, february 2021). The last two times the carlin burner stops working. Led screen states "no flame". On 2 occasions I waited 5 hours each time for service to come and repair system within a 5 hour time frame. Both time service did not come within time frame! Had to cancel the first now the second appt. the service repair will be coming late after the 5 hour window ! Totally unacceptable considering slomins... Read more➤

Home security company

Unfair service charge: Slomens charges a $39.00 service fee for an undate on their radio system. Something that is not the cutomers fault.. Their system needs updating but they are making the customer pay for it. Beware of these hidden costs. Also if you choose to terminate their serrvices there is a $400. Oo fee to cancel.... Read more➤

Shipping and "Availability" of Goods

Complaints about the last two purchases in this online store. 1. "Availability" of goods. Some time ago I ordered a azstore.ca stove, washing machine and refrigerator, I chose this online store because it is located closest to the apartment in Quebec and it would be convenient to pick up all the goods. I ordered the goods that were marked "Availability in stock: Is available", I made the shipment at the beginning of the week, so that really all the goods could come from the warehouse to the store, because the transport was arranged over the weekend, which will be able to take everything. I pay for the order and in the second half of the day I call and say that none of the goods is available in stock and the fastest will appear only after 2 weeks, although the website provided completely different information. I had to cancel the order and look for goods in other online stores. The refund also took several days. I have not encountered such a situation in any of the other large LV online stores. 2. Delivery. I recently ordered a tablet with delivery to the Brooks AZ Store. I think that delivery from Quebec to Brooks will be fast and I will receive a tablet in a maximum of 2 days. In the evening, they called from the convenience store and said that the tablet would be delivered in Brooks in 3 days (a little strange that such delivery within 100 km takes 3 days, but ok). After 3 days I don't receive any text messages and I go to the store in the evening, where of course no one knows anything about my tablet, they say that they will call the Quebec store soon and that they should definitely be after the holidays. After the holidays, of course, I do not receive any text messages, I go again to the store, where again no one knows anything, but says that it should be delivered by the end of the week. 2 WEEKS TO SEND A TABLET FROM Quebec RD SHOP (WAREHOUSE) TO Brooks?
