Poor quality and build. The laptop I purchases in 2018 with a 2 year warranty started giving me problems with the key strikes, often missing letters had to be constantly retyped due to keys not connecting (mainly high usage keys) about 3 months after warranty ran out. Unhappy experience

I called Dell to order a laptop. The first person I spoke with did not speak good english, and had great difficulty understanding that the laptop was for a Volunteer Fire Department. She asked me three times if it was for a business or personal. I hung up and dialed…
I moved and my employer ordered two laptops and sent it to the wrong address. I contacted Dell early by phone and their login. On the day of the delivery I called to say the site shows its going to the wrong address. They sent an email to confirm but it was still sent…

Fraud, Poor Service, Customer Ignorance

A US shipment has been paid for, delivery has been paid for. There is a notice from some company that customs clearance and payment for their services must be made. The contacts indicate iExpress Australia, iExpress Australia not knowing anything about them, it is their partner! Don't go to contacts! Their so-called partner is in France at all and cannot be contacted, all the contacts shown are not real and do not work! I can carry out customs procedures myself and I am not accompanied by any customs brokers, but iExpress forces me to make additional payments without leaving any choice. Do not use DPD, poor service treats customers arrogantly and e-mails when requesting customs documents so that you can perform customs procedures yourself,no longer responds!
