Stinky train

I am on the 6:00 train from Carrollton to Akard. There so miny homeless people on the This train stinking up the train people are getting off.what the *** is dart doing about this .

Unknowledgeable, late

The employees & drivers never know the answers to your questions (like “Is that really a 183, or is it actuall a 205?”). Additionally they are OFTEN over an HOUR late picking customers us in the afternoon/evening (and thats for a bus that should show up every 20 minutes). It is unacceptable
I rode the bus as a disabled passenger with a grocery shopper cart. The mid thirties black female driver immediately snapped at me and became increasing vindictive & hostile.
