They stillhave not replaced a brand new router that was defective. Contacted them and they referred me to the tier 2 support support and nothing was still done

Modem issues

Stupid consumer service I have the modem less than tow years and still under warranty and the person who answered me he try to sell me something to fix the modem and I keep told him the modem its under warranty What’s stupid this and stupid costumers service

Wifi issue

The unit showed some problems for the past three weeks or longer. Specificity, it would drop the Internet connection, and required a re-set to get it started again. Too many faults to list in detail including dropping recording when being watched, continuous rebooting needed to solve issues, poor remote control response, bad menu, problems when watching Netflix. User’s recommendation: Avoid buying until problems resolved.

Had a reply from Arris

Arris inform me that a solution is in progress. I will wait and see before making any decision. Why do I have to write 100 symbols for this to work? User’s recommendation: I have no recommendations because I am still awaiting a final solution.
The battery button doesnt turn on so the battery doesnt work at all I want a new battery or my money back

I put the Bridge mode to Enable and it cut me off. I cannot connect to anything

Modem is not working

I can’t get internet to work.
No one could re connect it neither could time Warner so im stuck with $300 box no one help get back on
