They stillhave not replaced a brand new router that was defective. Contacted them and they referred me to the tier 2 support support and nothing was still done

Too many faults to list in detail including dropping recording when being watched, continuous rebooting needed to solve issues, poor remote control response, bad menu, problems when watching Netflix. User’s recommendation: Avoid buying until problems resolved.
