No one EVER Answers the phone

Can not reach local CVS. No one answers the phone ever. I keep having problems with unnecessary refills. Calling to tell them to stop the automated refills because I don’t need them. The pharmacy has screwed them up numerous times.

Lodge a complaint against an employee

Need to speak about the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered! Someone needs to call me asap.Stop with the bs excuses about being too busy to fill rx’s in the time promised or in a timely fashion. They just hung up while I was waiting for over one hour!!

I was talking to a person who helped me over 45 min. Then she figured out she is not able to help. She transferred me to supervisor and waited another 20min. She answered and ask my name and she transferred me to somewhere without saying. I was waiting another few minutes then they hung up.

Wait times to connect with pharmacy unacceptable

The wait times are unacceptable and if you were NOT so comsumed with PROFIT at the expense of customers.Also the local pharmacies have a 45 min or longer wait to reach YOUR pharmacy just to transfer a script! It’s interesting that Costco or SAMs club pharmacies are able to fill and contact
