Trying to sell my home. buyers attorney FOUND a 2000 lien for about $14K, which I knew nothing about. and I NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE TO DO, get my own attorney or take them to court, ?????

13K lien on my home unknown to me…. and I sold the house but buyer must get clean bill of sale, etc……
