Cabinet delaminates

Cabinet finishes peeling and breaking off. Who specifically can fix this problem? They look unsightly and I am embarrassed to have guests on board. Have contacted some local people who were unwilling. User’s recommendation: Do not buy.

I do not have a complaint regarding the washer/dryer aboard my 48 Sundancer. I want to know if it drains overboard or into boat? My complaint is regarding the cabinets which are delaminating.
