Poor CS

Not happy with CS, on hold way too long, so how do we speak to anyone about an account. Looks like this “water” company has too many irons in the fire with taking over small companies. We are considering just cancelling and picking out water up elsewhere. Ridiculous User’s recommendation: Run!
