Unable to cancel or reach customer service

I have been on hold for hours at a time and unable to get through to anyone in this company. I signed up at my local Costco so I thought it was a reputable company. But there is no way to discontinue service through their online platform. User's recommendation: Do not start service with a company that doesn't allow cancelation.
